APC will win Bayelsa governorship election through landslide —- Gov. Badaru

Gov. Mohammed Badaru of Jigawa has expressed optimism that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will win the imminent governorship election in Bayelsa through a landslide.

Badaru, who’s chairman of APC committee for Bayelsa election, spoke with State Area correspondents on Friday on the Presidential Villa.

The Unbiased Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC) has fastened Nov. 16 for the governorship election in each Bayelsa and Kogi States.

“We’re very ready for the Bayelsa governorship election, and the stake is open for us to take.

“Our chances are high that very top; you’ll see our rally; you’ll see that of PDP; you may have noticed and heard of many huge wigs going out of PDP and becoming a member of us, and that could be a transparent indication that they’re with us.

“My recommendation to the folks of Bayelsa is simply to stay non violent and do one guy, one vote and we all know we can win.

“We will be able to no longer tolerate any prevalence of rigging or poll field snatching and if it did that approach, APC will win with a landslide.’’

He mentioned that the Federal Govt had promised to supply safety for a hitch-free habits of the election.

At the alleged recruitment 1000 thugs for Kogi election through Gov. Yahaya Bello, Badaru mentioned he used to be no longer conscious about corresponding to his personal oversight used to be for Bayelsa.
