The Impartial Corrupt Practices and Different Comparable Offences Fee (ICPC) on Friday mentioned it had seized 44 belongings valued at N14.7 billion.

Spokesperson of the anti-graft company, Mrs Rasheedat Okoduwa, disclosed this in a remark in Abuja.

The ICPC spokesperson, Okoduwa mentioned the belongings, positioned within the Federal Capital Territory, comprised two mansions, 27 items of land, one manufacturing facility development and 15 structures at Asokoro, Maitama and different districts.

She mentioned that the belongings had been connected to 32 company entities and that the seizures adopted the denial of possession through the meant homeowners.

She mentioned: “The fee, in collaboration with the Federal Inland Income Carrier (FIRS), had discovered that the entities had N883.7 million tax legal responsibility at the seized houses.

“The seizure is in accordance with Segment 45(4) of the Corrupt Practices and Different Comparable Offences Act .”
